New Hampshire Right to Life invites the media to attend a press conference at 9:15am tomorrow morning in the lobby of 1 Granite Place, Concord, NH
WHY: To discuss pending legislation, HB1416, which would protect NH Pregnancy Centers from discrimination seen in other states.
Pregnancy Centers (aka Pregnancy Resource Centers or Pregnancy Help Centers) are charities that assist families, especially expecting mothers, by providing many different types of helps including baby clothes, strollers, diapers, parenting classes, ultrasounds, even housing, at no cost. Most or all in NH take no tax dollars. In other states (typically Democrat states) they have come under political persecution, for example requiring them to refer for abortion against their desire, censor them from discussing Abortion Pill Reversal, or forcing them to hire people who disagree with their mission.
WHO: Multiple NH Pregnancy Centers will be speaking about their charitable mission and why they need to be protected.
WHERE: 1st floor lobby of 1 Granite Place in Concord, NH (where most New Hampshire House Committee hearings have been held this year).
