NH Right to Life comments on Alabama IVF ruling
(Concord, NH March 1, 2024) New Hampshire Right to Life (NHRTL) issued the following comments on the recent Alabama Supreme Court IVF ruling.
NH Right to Life President Jason Hennessey said:
Given how Democratic leaders in NH are relentlessly pushing to legalize abortion at 8 and 9 months, it’s refreshing to have a discussion on when society should protect younger children. For example, almost every European country protects children after the first trimester (when the child can feel pain), compared to NH’s protections that only start at 6 months.
NH Right to Life is New Hampshire’s largest and longest-standing organization dedicated to the pro-life cause.
