We need your help! Please contact members of the House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee and ask them to support HB 156 – FN in its original form. This bill will offer justice and closure to families who lose a pre born baby (8 weeks or older) due to a criminal act.
It is way past time New Hampshire join the 38 other states who currently have fetal homicide laws on the books.
Governor Sununu has promised his support of a fetal homicide bill here in New Hampshire.
