We have two important action alerts regarding abortion statistics and Planned Parenthood funding in NH. It is important we make our voices heard! Please take the time to 1) Contact Governor Sununu and tell him NH deserves to have an abortion statistics law on the books and 2) Contact Executive Councilor Prescott and tell him that more taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood is unacceptable.
I. HB 471 – Abortion Statistics in NH
NHRTL asks for your assistance to contact Governor Sununu in support of HB 471, an abortion statistics bill. This bill will soon be coming out of the Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs Committee, but Governor Sununu needs to vocally support this bill. Currently, New Hampshire is one of only three states which offers no statistics to the Center of Disease Control.
There is no possible way to understand how we can effectually assist potential mothers if we have no data on what is happening at these abortion facilities. HB 471 offers totally anonymous data to flow to the CDC and this will allow NH to join the 47 other states who report abortion statistics, allowing pro life organizations to mobilize and assist prospective moms who may need assistance.

NH deserves to have an abortion statistics law on the books and Governor Sununu needs to hear that we support HB 471. Let’s all join together and have our voices heard! We expect HB 471 to become the law here in the Granite State.
II. NO to more Planned Parenthood funding in NH
On October 25, the New Hampshire Executive Council will tentatively vote on MORE funding for Planned Parenthood clinics here in the Granite State. Although Planned Parenthood advertises itself as an organization promoting health for women and families, it is the nation’s largest abortion provider and has been repeatedly plagued by scandal and abuse.
Planned Parenthood and its affiliates receive hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayers’ funds every year. We need Executive Councilor Russell Prescott, to vote NO on more Planned Parenthood AND other NH abortion clinic funding.
Councilor Prescott needs to hear from YOU! Let him know his support of taxpayer funded abortion is UNACCEPTABLE. Let him know you will not accept his voting to spend hundreds of thousands of OUR TAXPAYING DOLLARS to subsidize abortion facilities here in New Hampshire. We need YOUR voice to make the message loud and clear. NO MORE TAXPAYER FUNDING TO ABORTION CLINICS IN NH!
