Past 2025 Life Related Bills

HB191-FN

Adults who transport an unemancipated minor for an abortion without her parent’s knowledge will face criminal penalties. Expired in the Senate. 

HB232

Grants conscience for medical professionals. House voted OTP with Senate Amendment #2026-1624s. 

HB360

Prohibits public schools from performing surgical procedures or giving drugs to students. Expired in Senate Committee.

SB36

Law that allows the collection of abortion statistics. Signed by Governor Ayotte!

2026 Life Related Bills we Support

HB1416

CARE Act ~ protects pregnancy care centers from discriminatory lawsuits through state government agencies/officials. Expired in the Senate. 

2026 Inactive Bills

SB551

SHIELD Act ~ protects the abortion industry from out of state investigations and prosecutions. Voted ITL by NH Senate.

HB1292

Adds certain regenerative stem cell therapies under the Right to Try act. Excludes abortion-derived cells from protection. Referred to Interim Study.

HB1313

Repealing buffer zones for reproductive health care facilities. Voted ITL by NH House.

HB1333

Prevents forced abortions via chemical pills. Voted ITL by NH House.

HB1338

Prevents abortion providers from receiving donation money through casinos. Voted ITL by NH House.

HB1493

Teaches students about fetal development. Voted ITL by NH House.

HB1590

Moves Fetal Life Protection Act’s protection of preborn life from 6 months to 5 months. Voted ITL by NH House.

HB1702

Requires Abortion Pill Reversal signs at medical facilities and pharmacies that dispense chemical abortions. Expired without a House vote.

HB1769

Keeps tax dollars from supporting organizations that promote/refer for abortion. Voted ITL by NH House.
