HB1560-FN relative to abortion procedures.
Known as the Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Act, this HB 1560 would ban the D&E abortion procedure, in which the baby is literally torn limb from limb. This bill would prevent no abortions as the baby could be killed in utero by other means, but it would put stop this particularly barbaric procedure.
