New Hampshire Right to Life needs your support. The House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee will hear HB 156FN, a fetal homicide bill that would give prosecutors the ability to file a homicide charge against anyone whose causes the death of a preborn child, against the will of the mother.
NH MUST join 38 other states who have Fetal Homicide laws on the books. We ask for your support on HB 156 FN.
HB 156 will be heard in Room 204 at the Legislative Office Building right behind the State House.
